Last updated: March 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TechWithCare's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Services

TechWithCare provides software engineering, design, and technology consulting services. The specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work (SOW) executed between TechWithCare and the client.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services rendered, clients receive full ownership of all custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. TechWithCare retains the right to use open-source components, internal tools, and general methodologies developed independently of client engagements.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information disclosed during the course of engagement. TechWithCare implements strict internal policies to protect client code, data, and business information. NDAs are available upon request and are standard in enterprise engagements.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms are net-30 from invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. TechWithCare reserves the right to suspend services for accounts more than 60 days overdue.

Limitation of Liability

TechWithCare's total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to the termination date. TechWithCare will deliver all work in progress upon receipt of final payment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable commercial law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary. The arbitration venue and governing jurisdiction are specified in individual project agreements.
